    • You agree to pay the price displayed for the Products you purchase, as well as any applicable sales tax and shipping fees.

    • Payment must be made through the payment methods available on the Store. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

4. Orders and Shipping:

 

    • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the Products listed in your order. We may accept or reject your order at our discretion.1

    • If we accept your order, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship the Products to the address you provide. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

    • Risk of loss and title for Products purchased from the Store pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds:

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the product you received is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3-5 days of receiving your order at store@psyvo.com with photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will review your case and, if deemed appropriate, may offer a replacement.

All content included on the Store, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property2 of Psyvo Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from3 the Store without our prior written4 consent.

You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the Store or other users.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE STORE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCTS.
